The Problem

Genetic interpretation is time-consuming by design

Manual variant review — cross-referencing databases, checking literature, classifying by ACMG criteria — takes hours per report. With India's growing genetic testing volume, that's not sustainable.

Allelic shifts the bottleneck. AGIR handles the mechanical work. You handle the clinical judgment.

3–5 hours per manual variant review
Isolated interpretation without population context

Clinician FAQ

How does the AI pre-analysis work?

AGIR processes uploaded reports against ClinVar, OMIM, ClinGen, and India-specific population databases. It classifies variants, flags drug-gene interactions, and prepares a structured draft interpretation for your review.

Am I reviewing AI output or raw data?

You review a structured draft — variant list, classifications, supporting evidence, and suggested next steps. Your role is to verify, contextualize, and add clinical judgment. The AI does the grunt work; you do the clinical thinking.

What specialties does Allelic support?

Our current network covers oncogenomics, cardio-genetics, prenatal genetics, and rare diseases. We're expanding to metabolic genetics and neurodevelopmental genetics in 2026.

How does reimbursement work?

Clinicians on our review network are compensated per verified interpretation. Rates vary by specialty and complexity. Full details provided during onboarding.

Is this available for individual practitioners or only institutions?

Both. Individual clinicians can join our review network. Institutions can also partner with Allelic to power genetic interpretation for their patient population at scale.
