The Allelic platform, AGIR engine, and all associated content are proprietary to Allelic Health Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Your genetic data remains your property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allelic's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
